Steven Smith is a Director in Leo Berwick Law’s Tax Insurance Advisory Practice. He brings extensive expertise advising multinational companies with valuable intellectual property on U.S. and international tax matters, including mergers and acquisitions, post-acquisition integrations, and the structuring and maintenance of IP ownership.
Before joining Leo Berwick Law, Steven spent nearly a decade as a Senior Associate at a premier international law firm, where he focused on cross-border tax planning for multinational clients.
